When we first walked through Michaels House, it had good bones: a spacious single-story layout, tray ceilings, arched windows, and a screened pool and lanai made for Florida living. But the rooms were empty or dated, the pool water had turned green, and nothing about the space said “book me.”

Our goal was to turn it into the kind of vacation rental guests remember and come back to. We planned every room around how families and groups actually travel: comfortable places to gather, restful bedrooms, and an outdoor space built for relaxing evenings.

Today the home is bright, cohesive, and ready for guests, with every detail set up to make hosting smooth and stress-free for the owner.
